Choose "Organization". Here you can specify which institutions have access to the data of which study (US or Germany) and you can specify which TeMoRett system belongs to which study.
Before delivering a TeMoRett system to the patient:
  1. Backup, if wanted, the folders "LogData" and "Videos"
  2. Delete the content of the folders "LogData" and "Videos"
  3. Open the TeMoRett subfolder "RunTime/Config/": delete the file db.sqlite3
  4. Open the TeMoRett subfolder "RunTime/Config/": open the file "MiddlewareServer.json"
  5. Search in "MiddlewareServer.json" for the entry "systemid" (appears twice) and enter the name of the system for the patient here
  6. Start the training application and open the "settings". Set the required parameters and add images, audio and video files as well as YouTube links according to the patient's wishes.
  7. Log in into the TeMoRett server (this server), choose "Organization" and add the TeMoRett-System to your study.
In a table you see an overview of the training sessions of "your" TeMoRett systems with
  • the systemid identifying the TeMoRett-System of the patient
  • the task/game, the patient did (it's a link: you get a boxplot evaluation of this training session by clicking on it)
  • date and time of the training session
  • the duration of the training session
  • two links to csv files containing the raw sensor messages or the summary for further evaluation
  • links to some more files (log files and video file, if uploaded by the TeMoRett user)

Here you can see the current settings of the TeMoRett-Systems and you can change the settings. (The TeMoRett-System will download and use the settings when starting the Training application.)
The SystemIDs are clickable to see the history of the settings.

When starting the training application, it contacts the server and downloads the newest settings.

The patient chooses a training task and can test it. The session, i.e. the data logging, does not start until the user presses the "start button".

The session, i.e. the data logging, stops, when the user presses the "end button."
A dialog box appears asking the user to upload the training data. The video of the session can also be uploaded. The user must explicitly agree to this by activating a checkbox.

If you have the rights to do this, you see a menu item called 'Assign Clients'. Choose it and assign an identifyer to a system.
